Its such a beautiful country. One advice for your life-go there and that as soon as possible. The landscape is unbelivable beautiful and different. It was hard to stop our trip at one point. But you have to know one thing its super expansive. Take lots of money with u.
Norway is still a kingdom and a huge country with a population of only 5 million people. Means you can find a lot of nature and small villages. The captial is Oslo with 700.000 people. The language is norwegian and the currency is called Norwegian Krone (NOK).
Our trip started in Hamburg (Germany), we drove all our way up to Denmark to Skagen. From that point we took a ferry and arrived finally in Kristiansund in the deep south of norway. I have to advice that our vehicle wasn´t the newest, but it made it, the whole way from Germany to Norway and back. We drove over 4.500k. (Puhh). From Kritiansund we drove all the way up to Trondheim ( over Stavanger, Bergen, Geirangerfjord (and thousand of others) and beautiful landscape all over Norway. From Trondheim we drove back to Oslo. Then Göteborg in Sweden, back to Denmark and finally Germany. The trip was amazing. I was cooking like you have to do it on a real raodtrip -with a gascooker. Only every 3rd day we could take a shower at a campsite and could see a lot of differend places. If big cities or small ones, fjords, snow, best sunny days ever or rain- we found everything. On top we were watching the worldcup at norway pubs (we were pretty proud of germans 7:1 germany-brazil). And by the way we saw dolphins and elks. What do you want more.
I loved that trip.
